Bonterra Stables is located within the Equestrian Community of Bonterra Village in Indian Trail, NC. At Bonterra Stables you will be delighted to find a welcoming environment with many unique amenities not offered at your typical area horse boarding facility. We are a small boutique style barn that sets a limit of 10 horses, which allows us to offer your horse the personalized attention they need. Bonterra Stables in Bonterra Village also offers Riding Lessons and Horse Training.
Boarding at Bonterra Stables
We focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care to each of our horses. We use choice feed, hay, and professional services to maintain the health of our equestrian residents.
BOUTIQUE BOARDING
• We operate a premier boarding facility focused on quality, exclusivity, and boutique-style boarding.
• We have a limited number of stalls available and once our maximum is met, a waiting list will be available for future boarders.
FEEDING SCHEDULE
• Horses are monitored daily and receive high-quality feed twice per day and choice hay.
• Supplements that are provided by the boarder are added to grain at no additional charge.
CLEANING
• Stalls are cleaned daily and before horses are returned after daily turnout.
TURN OUT
• Horses are turned out daily weather permitting.
• Turn outs take place during daylight hours during winter months; evening hours during summer months.
• Private turnouts are available upon request.
• Blanketing, fly spray, face mask and pasture boot services are also provided.
HEALTH
• A safe and effective barn-wide worming program is administered for an additional fee to all boarded horses.
• Negative coggins certificate & UTD shot records are required from all boarders annually.
• Farrier and Veterinarian services are available.
